Nextar SNAP7 Review - PC Mag

PC Magazine have published a review of the Nextar SNAP7 portable GPS navigator. 'Based on Nav N Go's IGO 8 software, the SNAP7's navigation app is not short on features. In the Find menu, you can create a destination or itinerary by finding an address, a POI, or coordinates, or by pulling up a favorite. (There's room for only 32 entries in your favorites list, but you can conserve these spots by saving destinations in any POI category.) Address entry is very intuitive, and the keyboard can be configured to accommodate eight different languages, including Russian and Hebrew. Use the Route Menu to get summary information about your route, a turn-by-turn list, or to load, save, edit, or delete your route. You can choose Fast, Short, Economical (a combo of shortest and fastest), or Easy routes based on six vehicle types and eight road types; the SNAP7 will even calculate your route for all four routing preferences at once and display them on a single summary screen—a unique feature.'
