Hands-Free Umbrella
The Hands-Fee Umbrella is a useful concept, however, I trust the umbrella is a quality item since, with or without the "holder", you would expect the brolly to do the job for which it has been purchased and not turn "inside out" at the first puff of wind. Since there is seldom rain without wind, the umbrella should probably be carried in the traditional manner until you are confident of having it strapped to your person and then with both hands free just in case there is an emergency.
